Own the vehicle inspection (VI) program, the most friction-heavy step in earner onboarding, currently present in ~48% of U.S. markets.• Led the ideation and launch of an updated onboarding UI that promotes virtual and mobile vehicle inspections (VVI/MVI) across all eligible markets, improving visibility and value props for new earners.• Drove the proposal, regulatory alignment, and launch of VVI in South Carolina.• Audited all VI markets end-to-end to ensure accurate forms and resources; identified and corrected outdated, broken, or missing materials to streamline the earner experience during onboarding.• Developed and launched lifecycle comms promoting VVI to new and existing earners in all active VVI markets to drive adoption and completion rates.• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party vehicle inspection partners, leading biweekly check-ins and maintaining an up-to-date network of inspection facilities for all VI markets.• Own monthly Access metrics reporting for cross-functional stakeholders, analyzing sign-ups, activation, and first-trip conversion across U.S. markets and surfacing macro, micro, seasonal, and internal drivers of change.• Supported the Women Earner workstream by quantifying gaps in VI upload/approval rates, ideating solutions tailored to women earners, and presenting findings and recommendations to leadership.• Contribute to the Uber for Teens launch in Los Angeles, supporting access and growth through onboarding improvements, comms strategy, supply planning, and forecasting.• Partner with Regulatory and Legal teams to build analytics-backed narratives (e.g, vehicle inspection decks) that inform policy decisions, including scoping the removal of VI requirements where appropriate.• Continuously build and refine the VI roadmap to reduce friction, improve activation and first-trip rates, and lower document rejection rates for earners.
