Driving site reliability engineering (SRE) initiatives across 8 global eCommerce sites by defining on-call workflows, improving observability, and reducing downtime• Built a lightweight Catchpoint → Power Automate → Teams monitoring and alerting pipeline to surfaceperformance regressions (TTLB, LCP, FCP, CLS) across homepage, PDP, PLP, and checkout - supporting feature rollouts & adoption with clear alert rules and runbooks; reducing mean time to detect from 30 minutes to under 5• Implemented GitHub Actions automations to label PRs, scan for hard-coded secrets, and reliably deliver catalog data to Bloomreach (search), improving ingestion reliability and keeping PDP/PLP search fresh• Prototyping MCP-based bots that simulate user journeys and auto-create GitHub issues when product health degrades, helping teams act on issues tied to customer experience
