I’m an HR professional with experience across HR Shared Services, HR communications, recruiting, and learning & development within an award winning insurance organization. I enjoy translating complex people processes into scalable, practical solutions that support both employees and the business.In my current role, I support HR process improvement initiatives, redesign communication workflows used across HR Centers of Excellence, and partner with managers on workforce decisions such as contractor-to-employee conversions.    In my role as a Human Resources Associate at The Hanover Insurance Group, I support a broad range of HR initiatives across HR Shared Services, HR communications, recruiting, and process improvement within an organization of employees.I’ve led the redesign of HR communications processes, transforming legacy workflows into scalable, standardized frameworks adopted across HR Centers of Excellence. This work has supported clearer messaging, improved consistency, and change adoption for initiatives impacting our employee population.I also serve as the primary recruiter for temp-to-perm conversions, partnering closely with hiring managers to align workforce needs, execute offers, and guide candidates through hiring and onboarding. In 2025, I converted 60% of contingent workers to full-time employees.In addition, I work in a high-volume, employee-facing environment, resolving employee inquiries and issues while ensuring clear communication and a positive employee experience.
