In my current position as Sr. Director of HRBPs at HD Supply, my role has continued to expand to include Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, & IT) and our Specialty Operations division while maintaining responsibilities for Commercial Sales and Customer Care. Total client group headcount is FT associates.Current responsibilities include leading and developing a team of nearly 30 HR Partners, ranging from Coordinator to Director. My focus has shifted to providing executive coaching and client group ownership for multiple C-suite officers. I continue to drive HR workstreams across multiple strategic initiatives that enhance bottom line profitability, improved customer experiences, and elevation of the role of HRBP to the business.
