About Gabriel Ritter
As the Gulf of Mexico (GoM) Miocene Exploration Team Lead and the Western Hemisphere Renewal Geophysics Discipline Lead at bp, I have experience in managing exploration projects and ensuring geophysics technical excellence. My field of expertise is seismic interpretation and exploration geophysics, which are essential for finding oil and gas resources in the deepwater GoM.My mission is to deliver value for bp and its stakeholders by leading a talented and diverse team of geoscientists, collaborating with other disciplines and functions, and applying innovative technologies and methods. I also care deeply about fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment, where everyone can contribute their whole self and learn from each other. I have co-instructed bp\'s internal D&I course Safe Space and I continue to support initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion.
