Main staffing duties & responsibilities in Global recruiting/Global talent management for managerial, senior managerial and C-level candidates• Work closely with Hiring/Staffing Managers to develop a strategic staffing plan to meet the needs of the particular division/department of organization.• Identify and initiate sales contact with new clients and set meetings with authorized Hiring/Staffing Managers or senior management Decision Makers.• Attend industry related functions for networking opportunities and enhance knowledge of other staffing competitors• Responsible for completing quarterly internal staff team performance reports and strategizing for internal organizational target goals and objectives• Serve as liaison between senior management and recruiting staff (15 Consultants), responsible for the hiring and termination of recruiting staff• Works closely with management to train, coach, & develop new consultants, participate in marketing plans to penetrate and define new target recruiting sectors, assist in application of internal HRMS, and development of internal staffing manual. • Provide reports to senior management on the success of training and development projectsand programs designed to enhance staff performance
