The latitude I have in this position led me to build strong leadership with the site management teams and proactively identified and addressed potential risks, such as supply chain disruptions and change orders, to minimize project delays and cost overruns. I began to leverage the knowledge or pre-development and relationships with City Managers and other developers when I started working at Price Development Group.
