I have over 17 years of experience in the food industry across Latin America and North America, holding various country, regional, and global positions. I specialize in setting up food safety standards, identifying and controlling hazards, and creating programs to improve food safety and quality in major companies like Kraft and Mondelēz International.My expertise covers many foods, including bread, baked goods, snacks, puddings and cakes, chocolate, candies, juices, drinks, pasta and peanut butter.
