ABOUT GABRIEL LARGAESPADA

I hold a Kinesiology Degree at the University of British Columbia. Since I was young, I have always aspired to help people improve their health, happiness and well-being. I believe that every individual has a unique potential that is often blurred by insecurities, subjective limitations and past negative experiences. My mission is to inspire through action. I live my life by focusing on the present moment and try to make the most out of my day. Every minute serves as a window of opportunity to grow in a positive direction. I am driven to empower individuals to discover the reason why they wake up in the morning and to help them follow that without hesitation. My belief is that through self-awareness, exposure and error correction every individual can accomplish their biggest dreams. I want to be part of that process. I am currently developing my personal brand in order to connect with as many people as I can. Every day, I am working hard to expose myself to situations that will allow me to refine my skills. For me, learning how to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations is the most effective and courageous way to grow as a person and as a professional. I always strive to learn from every interaction, while adding as much value as I can to that interaction.
