Interests & HobbiesOn a personal level I am a follower and supporter of Christian moral principles, interested in personal development and spiritual growth. I am used to reading and accumulating new knowledge in the field of psychology, Christian theology and interpersonal relationship development.I am a former performance sports enthusiast, currently I enjoy skiing in winter and playing tennis in summer, running and long bike rides. I have also for some time been intensively active as a professional artist, guitar player and pop-rock music lead singer, music composer, own a personal recording studio. Music is one of my forms of artistic expression.I present myself to be a highly experienced manufacturing engineer with a varied skill set ranging from production engineering, project management and technical support. Armed with excellent IT skills I can easily adapt to new modern challenges, being a believer in organization implemented, managed and controlled sequentially through state-of-the-art IT systems for each sector or department. My experience in electromechanical design and production can ensure very good results to the employing company. I have a great ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, leading and motivating subordinate teams to achieve great results.I am empathetic to people\'s issues; I follow and guide them to developing potential leaders for promotion towards sustainable business growth. I am a dedicated team player and effectively allocate resources to achieve production goals, economic performance with the sole aim of meeting customer requirements and company economic performance. Continuously concerned to encourage problem solving based on factual information and data, to reduce costs and increase efficiency. My expertise in industrial equipment projects and analytical problem-solving acumen represents me as a good senior manufacturing manager for any manufacturing enterprise.
