I love the fact that I get to wake up every day and call myself an ENGINEER! Born and raised in the beautiful city of Miami, FL, I grew up extremely proud of my Cuban heritage and have always committed myself to doing my personal best to honor the sacrifices my family made in immigrating to the US. I cannot pinpoint whether it was the warm, humid weather of South FL or the sunny skies of Southern California that did this to me, but I developed a knack for working with people of various backgrounds and improving morale even in the most hectic environments. After joining my first Supplier Quality role early in my career, I knew that my personality and technical skillset was best suited for bridging the gaps between engineers and our suppliers. I consider myself a \"Swiss Army knife\" of sorts that is not afraid of diving headfirst into the biggest of issues!
