   Responsible for recommending TikTok ad products best suited to drive client success relative to their advertising objectives, and present tactical media plans to key decision-makers from all agencies and clients involved- Partner with technical and product teams to promote relevant Alphas and Betas, with the goal of pitching them as additional opportunities to garner incremental revenue each quarter- Facilitate bi-weekly client and agency team meetings to give updates on new products, and pre/post sale campaign check ins. Project managing these initiatives includes gathering all goals and campaign details, creating RACI work back schedules, and leading the communication with all teams involved towards successful campaign launches- Provide demonstrations of TikTok Ads Manager for media buying teams to increase their platform expertise for campaign building- Create decks quarterly to present post-campaign results that included detailed data analysis of campaign performance, brand lift measurement, and media strategy recommendations that are included as an always-on test & learn approach- Selected to be an onboarding buddy to train newly hired CSM’s, and was also chosen to be a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TikTok’s Hashtag Challenge + Branded Mission products. Worked cross-functionally with over 15 individual Sales, Client solutions and Ad Operations client teams to educate them on key product selling points and best practices for successful campaign executions.
