ABOUT GABRIEL GALLARDO

In the past 11 years working in a patient access and patient financial services I have held many positions I feel make me a solid candidate for the position I am applying for. In my time I have been a registration representative, self-pay collector, financial counselor, insurance collector, customer service representative and training specialist for the entire revenue cycle of a clinic and hospital organization. I have held AAHAM, CRCS-I certification in the past. In addition, I also have obtained an Epic certification in PB Resolute Insurance Follow-up and Epic Credentialed Training Certification in which are currently active for seven years.In my last position I was an Epic Credentialed Trainer/Training Specialist who trained a staff of more than 150 in functionality on HB & PB billing, registration, customer service and coding. Also, I was an instructor in OnBase a software package by Hyland used for scanning and indexing medical documents and correspondence to patient’s medical records. I can work with staff at developing training materials including classroom workbooks, reference guides and workflows to make better use of the organization’s system.With my ability to learn quickly and on the fly will be an asset to any organization. I always seek greatness in all I do by being flexible and able to quickly mold to the project need. This makes being able and available to meet the needs for other industries an easy accomplishment. Customizing training for a variety of audiences is my most valuable skill. My ability to creatively teach allows for staff to adapt in any environment.
