Gabe is a Seattle native with a passion for creating great places, a deep commitment to civic affairs, and a strong multi-disciplinary approach to real estate. He has extensive experience identifying investment opportunities, structuring and negotiating complex real estate ventures, and managing the creative development and re-positioning of a variety of asset types. Based in Seattle, Spectrum Development Solutions has successfully completed or is underway on over 50 real estate projects totaling over $2 billion in value, including:+ 1,225 units of multifamily housing + 7,600 beds of student housing + SF of health care space + SF of civic/non-profit spaceGabe is a Council Member of the Pike Place Market PDA (appointed by the Seattle Mayor), is formerly board chair of Bellwether Housing, an innovative non-profit that develops affordable housing in the Seattle metro area, served for many years as Chair of the Downtown Seattle Design Review Board, was a Fellow of the University of Washington\'s Runstad Center and was honored as one of the Puget Sound Business Journal’s “40 Under 40,” an award given to business and civic leaders under the age of 40.
