Co-founded the MEMC – a one-day educational initiative to ignite curiosity and passion for Emergency Medicine (EM) among learners – that saw 62 participants across Canada & the USA. Created a platform for presenting and discovering EM research. Managed a team of 6 co-VPs to execute the conference: expert talks, hands-on workshops, a research competition, and networking opportunities for students. Collaborated with 41 emergency physicians, EM residents, and other stakeholders. Awarded one of the Faculty of Medicine\'s Learner Awards for Teaching Innovation
