As part of the Admissions Directorate at USAFA, I support the Academy’s mission of identifying, evaluating, and selecting the next generation of Air Force leaders. My role contributes to a comprehensive admissions process designed to attract and develop future officers of character, motivated to serve their country.Key responsibilities include-Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the seamless execution of candidate outreach, application processing, and admissions activities-Collaborating with multiple departments to align admissions efforts with USAFA’s strategic objectives, ensuring the Academy upholds its commitment to excellence-Overseeing admissions data management and reporting, providing critical insights that inform decision-making and help shape the future composition of the cadet wing-Supporting the logistics of admissions events, including candidate interviews, tours, and recruitment programs that showcase the Academy’s unique opportunities and mission.In this role, I am dedicated to upholding the Air Force Academy’s core values of Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do, ensuring that each admitted cadet has the potential to thrive and lead in the service of the United States.
