Grew up in the ranks over 10 years as a chief of staff, supporting leaders at CVP, EVP, President level and for the past 4 years at the CEO level for Microsoft Advertising and Web Services and subsequently for CEO of Microsoft AI. Business operations & finance: manage the overall P&L, balance revenue and cost tradeoffs to hit our accountability margin targets and ensure teams spend the budget with high forecast accuracy. Maximize org budget by identifying areas for savings and re-prioritize spend. Manage all operational aspects of the organization. People and Culture: understand the organization pulse from the employee listening systems and partner with HR and D&I teams to plan and execute programs to address critical pain points. Ensure the org leader is engaged in culture programs and is seen as a champion. Communication: drive the communication agenda for the organization and match the communication approach to the leader’s style. Keep an ongoing rhythm to create clarity across the org for the product strategy, progress towards our goals, and key achievements.Strategy: work across the organization to understand key strategic priorities, connect siloed teams so they can build on each other. Work with the leader to ensure teams are aligned with the organizational priorities.
