ABOUT GABOR KISS
In my current role at EY I work as a Managing Director in the International Tax and Transaction Tax service line. I am designing and implementing tax planning structures mostly for US headquartered corporate clients. I have gained extensive expertise over my 15 year long career in tax planning involving treasury, IP management and holding companies. In the past 7 years with EY I also had the responsibility to oversee and coordinate multiple global M&A transactions at clients engaged in various industries. Managing my group of employees always came natural to me.
