Having been a loyal fan of the Tommy Bahama brand, I intentionally sought out this opportunity because I think it to be a great match personality-wise. For me, the island life started the day I was born in Galveston island on December 28, 2001. I have always loved this lifestyle and it shows down to my first Miami-beach style apartment that I currently live in. Once, I actually arrived at my location, I was met with nothing but outstanding hospitality. I can tell that both the leadership and culture are very strong in this organization. I cannot wait to add to this company and see where my own skillset grow. Another thing I can appreciate about the brand is how noticeably diversified its portfolio is. Unlike other retailers, Tommy Bahama hosts restaurants, bars, furniture stores, and more beyond just its retail stores. I envision myself truly growing with the brand and after a long journey, I dare to say I finally found my permanent retail home.
