Following Bain Capital’s acquisition and strategic objectives, I report directly to the CEO of the global Area to: • Lead and drive strategic transformation initiatives across our region (United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Eastern Europe, India) with the aim of accelerating growth, improving operational efficiency, and increasing market competitiveness • Analyze the full region’s P&L to generate actionable insights, highlighting performance gaps, growth opportunities, and cost inefficiencies • Monitor implemented plans to assess results and P&L effectiveness • Lead regional transformation committees to jointly address defined transformation initiatives with Country CEOs • Provide monthly reporting to the Group ExCom, Board, and Bain Capital on regional performance and transformation progress to assess alignment with strategic objectives
