Overseeing and evolving digital operations across 21 diverse European markets, driving scalable processes, technical transformation, and leading cross-functional projects- Leading IT projects and aligning them with business objectives; recently launched a complex, multi-stakeholder IBM OMS implementation, modernizing backend architecture, and enabling future omnichannel capabilities- Owning project portfolio management across operations, driving roadmap alignment, prioritization, and budgeting- Owning digital payment optimization strategy, including streamlining flows, evaluating new providers; recently phased out invoice payments — cutting fraud risk, operational complexity, and generating €250K+ in annual savings- Rebuilding online return center and post-purchase flows, improving customer data accuracy, customer experience, and enabling actionable CX insights- Acting as an E2E operational tech lead — coordinating troubleshooting and integrations across systems (incl. SFCC, SAP, IBM OMS, Tableau, Jira, Airtable, and 3PL systems)- Developing business cases and process improvements using data analytics and deep cross-system knowledge to scale digital operations.
