New Member Educator @Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority

As a New Member Educator for Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, I lead the integration of new members. I design educational programs, coordinate events, and foster a supportive community for the new members. I will be facilitating communication between new members and the executive board. An important aspect is to align our new member with the chapters goals and values. My role focuses on leadership, mentorship, and effective program development.
