HR Manager for Exempt, Non-exempt employees, Leadership within ISC, ADI, Buoy Labs, Integrated Supply Chain, Manufacturing Plant & Distribution. Responsible for all aspects of the HR department supporting Exempt, Non-Exempt employees and contingent workforce while maintaining the highest standard of confidentiality. Leadership • Create and implement leadership training, coaching, development discussions, and planning • Drive manager effectiveness and accountability to attract, retain, and develop talent • Strategic partner, advising leadership on HR issues, organizational and management issues related to the attainment of the business plan, change management, retention analysis and organizational development. Engagement, Learning & Development • Employee survey data collection and programs to address issues • Participate and support diversity & inclusion strategies and programs • Ensure required training compliance • Specialize in increase Employee retention and reduce turnover • Manage KPI to inform and shape recommendations for programs to drive retention and engagement Performance Management & Compensation • Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Succession Planning • Compensation reviews to research and provide market data to ensure competitive compensation approaches; make recommendations for adjustments as needed Employee Relations, Compliance & Workforce Planning • Provide counsel to hiring managers, work closely with all levels of employees to build relationships, problem-solve, provide HR counsel and drive the business strategy and goals • Manpower planning aligned with AOP and forecast
