Returned to Invoca as tech lead for Conversational Messaging and the largest contributor to planning and execution across a six-team, 12-service effort to launch a production-ready AI SMS Messaging Agent, sequencing roughly 80 parallel issues per sprint and around issues overall- Coordinated a 6 cross-team effort with an architect, designers, and PM across a 19-person team, mapping dependencies over months of delivery and pulling launch readiness forward by 8 days- Enabled live keynote and booth demos at a key company summit with Google and major customers in attendance, helping create 30 new revenue-generating opportunities and dozens of millions in new revenue potential for Invoca, and received Employee of the Month and Employee of the Quarter recognition, with the CTO citing the launch as a model for future rollouts- Drove adoption of coding agents across engineering through internal proposals, technical guidance, and talks, grounding rollout in DORA findings and practical safeguards such as small batch sizes, robust testing, human review, and version-controlled AI coding rules.
