Over the past seven years, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, strategy, and operations—helping organizations figure out how to actually execute on their technology and product goals.My background is in consulting and digital transformation, where I worked with organizations to modernize how they plan and deliver technology. That included introducing agile operating models, helping teams retire legacy processes, and building practical frameworks that connect strategy to day-to-day execution.At Booz Allen, I supported enterprise transformation initiatives focused on modernizing technology architecture and delivery models. Part of that work included helping design the MVP for an AI-enabled platform while working across teams to align technical delivery with broader business priorities.Today I’m a Product Portfolio Analyst at Wind River, where I focus on the operational side of product strategy. I work closely with product management, engineering, and go-to-market teams to bring structure and visibility to the product portfolio—things like roadmap governance, commercialization processes, and portfolio planning.What interests me most is how good portfolio management can make complex organizations run better. When the right structures and processes are in place, teams spend less time navigating ambiguity and more time building the products that matter.
