About Gabe Wishon
I am currently managing a team of Critical Environment Technicians in the day-to-day operations as well as the planned and corrective maintenance of critical equipment in a large-scale Class-A Microsoft Data Center. I am a founder and the managing director of a facilities maintenance company specializing in mid-sized multi-tenant commercial buildings. I am responsible for the business administration and customer relations with property management firms.I have been consistently recognized and awarded for exceptional program management, leadership, and administrative abilities. Experienced in the training and management of personnel. Consistently provided a high level of customer satisfaction across a wide variety of customers and tenants. I have particular expertise in the maintenance, service, and diagnostics of mechanical and electrical systems in a critical facilities environment and onboard U.S. Navy aircraft carriers.My career goals in management are driven by my passion for coaching and mentorship. I have led large teams of highly technically skilled and diverse personnel during my time in the Navy as well as coaching both youth and adult athletes.
