I do this by helping them to implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), laying the groundwork for organizations to achieve the following: 1) Vision - getting everyone aligned around the same vision and working towards achieving it. 2) Execution - helping the entire organization have a clear game plan to achieve that vision. 3) Healthy - fostering an open, honest, and healthy leadership team, which in turn trickles down through the rest of the organization.
