I work on building and scaling complex organizations. At Crimson Education, where I\'ve spent the past decade, I lead 11 product lines and work directly with the CEO and COO on growth, acquisitions, and strategy. I joined as one of the first 20 employees.I also founded Indigo Research, a global academic research mentorship program serving students worldwide.Earlier, I worked in government and politics, as a speechwriter during President Biden\'s campaigns and on Capitol Hill.

   Indigo Research provides high school students and college grads preparing for graduate studies with best-in-class academic research mentorship from scholars at the top universities around the world.At Indigo, we match students with a Professor or PhD in their field and subfield of interest, and provide a deep well of resources, knowledge, and guidance as they complete a research paper and, if they choose, seek publishing or competition opportunities. With a curriculum designed by graduates of Harvard and Oxford, we aim to nurture students\' intellectual curiosity and enhance their academic profile in preparation for college, graduate school, and beyond. I\'ve been proud to lead an incredible team as we\'ve grown an ambitious idea — that we can help ambitious, passionate high schoolers achieve collegiate-level work long before they reach uni — into a multimillion-dollar business that has supported well over students in completing and publishing papers, with more students currently engaged.Students who complete Indigo are over 5x more likely to be admitted to Harvard, 3x to Princeton, and 2x to Oxford, among others. Our students hail from over 45 different countries and have published in over 30 journals.
