About Gabe Bauer

I am an experienced professional, with over 15 years of experience delivering consulting and advisory services within the insurance, asset management, real estate, and financial service industries. My experience includes stints in both traditional client service and industry. My career started with Deloitte, followed by a 5-year stint with Goldman Sachs Asset Management, returning to Deloitte, and ultimately finding a home at Intelligent Solutions, where we are driving change and innovation in the insurance market. As a life-long sports fanatic and Division One College Baseball player at UE, being a member of a team is ingrained in my DNA. I\'ve played different roles, and learned how to work with and get the best out of people. Sports and teamwork has greatly shaped my professional approach. People are my passion. Whether its helping more junior team members develop and grow, helping a colleague, or trying to make my boss\'s life easier, I consistently focus on creating and contributing to a great environment to work in for both my teams and clients. While at Deloitte, I served clients within the Asset Management, Real Estate and REIT, and Banking industries. I have experience providing an array of different services and projects, ranging from process assessments, building risk management programs, to delivering engaging training sessions for clients. Currently, at I lead a team serving the largest insurance carriers. We help them analyze their business and processes, increase efficiency, and ultimately provide a better experience for their customers and employees.
