I never set out to follow a traditional path, and that’s exactly what’s shaped who I am today. I’ve built my career helping developers, contractors, and partners navigate complex projects by focusing on relationships, solutions, and assembling the right teams at the right time. My journey has taken me from talent strategy and leadership into business development for one of the region’s leading general contractors. Today, as VP of Business Development at Pavilion Construction, I get to do what I enjoy most: work alongside developers, architects, consultants, and agencies to solve challenges and help bring meaningful projects to life across New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada.Born and raised in New Mexico, I take a lot of pride in contributing to the growth of my home state and the communities we serve.
