As an original member of Robotiq’s newly created Services Division, I play a central role in shaping how our department grows and delivers value. I manage complex technical projects from initial scoping through delivery, bridging customer needs with engineering execution and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification. As Technical Project Manager, I- Lead collaborative automation projects considering mechanical, industrial, electrical, and software components, with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and risk management - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, distributors, and internal teams, aligning expectations and driving clear, consistent communication- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver integrated, turnkey automation solutions under demanding timelines- Apply engineering expertise to guide decision-making and contribute hands-on to design, programming, and system integration when required- Drive process improvements and best practices, influencing the direction of the Services Division as it scalesProficiency in JIRA, HubSpot, and Google Suite for project management, collaboration, and reporting.
