I am a Support Analyst at Carta, where I help clients navigate equity management, capitalization tables, and ownership structures. My role allows me to combine technical problem-solving with client relationship management, while deepening my expertise in private market equity and financial technology.In addition to my work at Carta, I am the founder and operator of Nelson Window Cleaning, a service business I’ve grown over the past 8 years. Managing scheduling, invoicing, customer relations, and a small team has given me hands-on experience in operations, leadership, and client service.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a FinTech emphasis from the University of Utah, where I was an active member of the Blockchain Club. My academic and professional background has helped me develop a strong foundation in financial analysis, fintech innovation, and the application of technology to improve traditional business processes.I’m passionate about the intersection of finance, technology, and entrepreneurship—particularly how tools like equity platforms and blockchain solutions can create more transparency, efficiency, and ownership opportunities.
