My name is Gabe dos Santos. I’m an investment real estate agent at New Western, where I help investors evaluate and buy off-market opportunities and then stay on the deal through negotiation, contract, and closing. In my first year, I closed $10.4M across 24 transactions and underwrote 100+ value-add and development opportunities, so I’ve gotten very comfortable pressure-testing assumptions, spotting risks early, and making sure deals actually get to the finish line.I’m now targeting a Real Estate Analyst role focused on commercial and multifamily properties.
