I started working at R1 RCM as a training consultant at the assistant manager level, specializing in senior staff & NH training and refresher courses. In addition to training, I also oversee revenue recovery, where I participate individually to keep the process moving, presently I have gained expertise in 3 different sites to perform better RCA and I provide OJT refresher and BQM session based on IQ and EQ Client reports & prepare E- Learning Modules. I also Manage projects such as AAHAM - CRCS Certification and contributed in other imperative projects such as DRG, Curriculum Revamp & Training CT Reduction, SOP Creation for sites in transition & pipeline. In addition to the above, I\'m actively involved in resource planning, allocation & management for new hires in CHN location.
