Associate Director for the NIOSH Office of Construction Safety and Health. Participates and leads as a senior advisor to the NIOSH Director, advising upon construction-related science and research matters and goals. Implementing programmatic functions related to the integration of NIOSH Construction Sector research across NIOSH Divisions and external partners and ensuring alignment of work within the NIOSH Construction Sector program. NIOSH mission and activities require a highly leveraged, highly matrixed and networked series of collaborations and relationships which integrate all of NIOSH Divisions, as well as external State, Federal, and private partners. Managerial responsibility for oversight. Reviews reports, research proposals, and peer-reviewed journal articles on scientific findings.
