I am an Operations and Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience working across customer operations, business reporting, and data analysis. I specialize in turning operational data into actionable insights that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support decision-making. Across my experience, I have worked with large datasets involving customer records, billing information, and operational KPIs. I have analyzed usage patterns, identified anomalies, and flagged inconsistencies to support issue resolution and risk detection. This includes detecting irregular consumption trends, billing discrepancies, and data inconsistencies impacting business processes. In addition to analysis, I have built performance tracking frameworks using metrics such as Average Handle Time (AHT), Talk Time, and productivity KPIs. I have developed Power BI dashboards to visualize team performance, monitor trends, and present insights to stakeholders, contributing to improved reporting and operational visibility.
