As the proud Creator of The HARP Method; a leadership toolkit built on the four principles of Humility, Authenticity, Resilience and Persistent Faith, Griffin, poignantly delivers what he\'s experienced first-hand, as the former VP, of Patient Financial Services, at Atrium Health (formerly Carolinas HealthCare System, a company where he worked for 21 years and his current leadership role at Prisma Health as Executive Director.His leadership extends far beyond his professional career. He serves as a mentor and Board Member with the 100 Black Men of Greater Charlotte chapter. Griffin is also the 2018 Charlotte United Negro College Fund Mayor’s Masked Ball Honoree.Griffin relishes the opportunity to speak to youth groups, congregations and professionals because he knows his experiences can help anyone bypass many of the pitfalls in which he often found himself. Using The HARP Method, Griffin laces anecdotes with stellar advice.While the old adage, hindsight is 20/20 still rings true, Griffin’s “Hold Your Corner,” is a testament to how we all can use foresight and take heed to the advice and life lessons we are given to emerge as the leaders we are all destined to become.
