I have experienced life throughout a variety of backgrounds. I am a Military Veteran, I have six years of Law Enforcement experience at the state level and I am a Certified CTE Teacher in the State of Arizona. Four years ago I began an amazing life changing opportunity with Jetti Resources. I had worked in the Copper Industry from Warehousing, Crushing/Conveying, Concentrator and SX/EW, Tankhouse Operations at our open pit mine. I have extensive knowledge in Smelter Anode Production and Operations. My last assignment was to the Chemical Plants at the Smelter, which includes an Acid Plant, Gas Cleaning Plant, Filter Plant and Oxygen Plant as a Maintenance Planner. I was involved with the implementation of SAP/CMMS, representing our stateside company for Maintenance traveling abroad. Project included joint participation with other Departments from sister companies including Mexico and Peru in Data Transfer and implementation methods, working with various consultants. Upon completion of the project, I assisted plant personnel with the use of the new system as well. I was a key figure in the planning and execution of Plant Outages additionally assisting with plant wide rental equipment, cranes, fuel distribution and contractors. I thrive to excel and take on new challenges. I possess a keen insight to people which allows me to communicate well in any situation and environment. For fun, I run up mountains, crawl through mud and under barbed wire, climb crazy obstacles, carry sandbags,buckets and logs, climb rope and occasionally swing on them, hunt and fish, mountain bike, play competitive Softball, Team Rope, Ranch and continue as an Awesome Dad.\"In any moment of decision, the Best thing you can do is the Right thing, the next Best is the Wrong thing and the Worst thing you can do is Nothing.\"\"If you want to change the World, find someone to help you paddle.\"\"I ask not of The Lord forgiveness of my Sins but before Myself, forgiveness for my Loved ones, friends and enemies Sins, that repentance be requested.\"
