Reporting to the VP of Administrative Services, established PBM program goals for the Mid-Atlantic region focusing on network transition, vendor governance and the member portal per organizational objectives. Directing government program operational needs: 1) completes strategic planning; 2) makes certain that the business is compliant with operational rules; 3) ensures Medicare Part D readiness; 4) tracks legislative advocacy groups, commenting on new legislation and stating PerformRx’s position; and 5) integrates new business roles. Created and launched the vendor governance program by forging exceptional working relationships with customers and suppliers and assessing vendor performance against metrics.Devises and deploys strategies to evaluate performance, determining areas for improvement; and outlines methods to elevate procedure efficiency and resource productivity. Serves as a primary contact for industry PBM organizations to influence and drive data standards and legislative outcomes, meeting organizational needs and strategies.
