My career encompasses more than 20 years of management, investigative, security and technology experience. Currently, the President and founder of AllClear Investigations. I sold my staffing firm after a decade of managing staffing services; responsibilities included all compliance issues with reporting and background screening programs. Directly involved in recruiting staff, directing sales activities with dramatic revenue growth and streamlined budgets. As a senior executive of various security and acquisitions corporations, I led nationwide sales and integration of CCTV systems, held positions of Director of Loss Prevention and Integrated Systems Manager. Responsibilities included establishing and implementing the company’s security protocols as well as conducting background checks and administering psychological exams. Responsible for executive protection duties for the corporation leadership and their families. Completed 23 years of Honorable service in the U.S. Navy as a Personnel Support Specialist Chief Petty Officer. During my career, I designed a database management system to track the advancement personnel, provided administrative support to the Executive Staff and unit Commanding Officer. Attached to the Mobile Tactical Team as lead truck gunner for convoy escort during Iraq OIF II tour, then progressed to Truck Commander then Convoy Commander. In addition to administrative support, responsible for leading, training and deployment of three 30 member convoy security tactical teams. Active in the security industry, Mr. Adkins has been a member of a number of councils and associations including serving as Area Director for Florida Association of Licensed Investigators (FALI).
