Ensuring that Rally is updated and correctly shows the current project progress.• Creating and managing Change Requests and Tickets. • Coached Agile principles and Scrum values to the teams and assisted them in switching to Agile from Waterfall.• Implement various Information Radiators to communicate team’s progress with the key stakeholders.• Mentoring team in Identifying and surfacing the challenges sooner and thus reducing the number of defect outcomes.• Conduct productive and amicable retrospectives to identify the opportunities of improvement and try something new.• Facilitate product (Sprint) review sessions with enterprise-wide stakeholders and appreciated team’s accomplishments.• Help team in sizing the Stories in points (Fibonacci series).• Facilitate the daily stand up, to discuss the status, progress, and finding out any impediments that could affect the team in its progress and resolve them.• Involved in scrum of scrum meetings and sharing the critical updates with higher management and streamlining any co dependencies.
