Mr. Pruitt and his team provide investigations, analysis, reports and testimony where technical and scientific answers are needed to resolve litigation and insurance claims. He has provided investigations leading to the resolution of a wide range of matters from structural failures to ineffective building maintenance and protection measures. He is a problem solver who performs structural data collection, provides assessments, develops conclusions and remedies for structural failures, and provides, when necessary, judicial expert witness testimony. Pete is experienced in the advances and use of Revit Building Information Modeling (BIM) to provide integrated building plans and specifications that provide better coordination between architectural and engineering design disciplines and provides for better performing buildings. He is also versed in the use of several structural analysis systems including ETABS, Adapt RC/PT and RAM Structural programs. His knowledge and use of these tools provides clients with high-tech design analysis and solutions.
