As a Content Writer at JECRC University, I work closely with the Official Media Cell and Digital Team to craft compelling, strategic and creative content across JECRCU\'s platforms — primarily focusing on enhancing the university’s digital presence.Since 1st August, 2024, I have been actively involved in: Content Creation:Writing engaging social media posts, captions and scripts tailored for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and more.Creating content that highlights campus life, student achievements, events and cultural moments in a voice that connects with both Gen Z students, professional audiences and parents. Script Writing & Campaign Planning:Developing scripts for reels, videos and orientation events with a creative yet relatable tone.Finding concepts that are fun, aesthetic, meaningful and aligned with the brand identity of JECRC University. Brand Voice Development:Helping shape and maintain a consistent, youth-driven yet professional brand tone.Collaborating with team members to ensure that the University’s image is both inspiring and authentic. Strategic Communication:Planning content calendars, aligning with academic timelines and working within deadlines.Supporting various departments with written communication when needed — including event announcements, promotional campaigns and campus storytelling. Team Collaboration:Working in sync with cinematographers, editors, designers and strategists in the SOCIALZ (Official media cell) team to bring content ideas to life.Participating in ideation sessions and offering input from both a writer’s and a student’s perspective.This role has allowed me to blend creativity with communication and strategy with storytelling. It has also strengthened my skills in writing, branding and team collaboration — while giving me the platform to express, connect and contribute meaningfully to the university’s voice.
