Leadership isn’t just a title to me—it’s the way I live. I try to show up with consistency, serve people well, and create spaces where others feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. That’s what drives me now at Baylor University, where I’m studying Business with the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core (BIC)—an honors program that pushes me to grow as a communicator, thinker, and leader.I’m a Baylor University Tour Guide, a role I genuinely love because it lets me represent the university with pride and connect with families in a real, personal way. I also volunteer with Vertical, helping create an environment where students can encounter Christ and feel welcomed. I want the way I lead, serve, and show up for people to reflect what I believe and who God is shaping me to be.Before Baylor University, I built a foundation that shaped the way I lead today. In high school, I founded The Base to give students a place to explore Christianity and find belonging. I also served in student council, Mustang Way, ACE, and PSAC to strengthen our school culture and make sure every voice had a place at the table. Sports played a major role in my growth—point guard, head hurdler, soccer captain—and eventually Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach, a role I created so I could keep investing in younger players and build real brotherhood across different backgrounds.Beyond athletics, I mentored younger students, launched a podcast encouraging healthier choices, and served on local and out‑of‑state service trips. I worked as a kid’s camp counselor, where I learned patience, empathy, and how to lead with both energy and care. I gained customer‑service experience at Panera, staying sharp under pressure while serving people well. I also stepped into entrepreneurship as Chief Marketing Officer of Yeddi Pressure Washing, helping build the business model, raise capital, and launch our marketing strategy—an experience that pushed my mindset forward.My past shaped me, yet Baylor University is where I’m growing into the leader God designed me to be. I’m driven to build communities that lift people up, strengthen them, and help them grow with confidence and purpose.
