ABOUT FRANCISCO ZEPEDA

I’m a PMP®-certified Project Manager with over a decade of experience delivering complex construction projects across sectors—including data centers, institutional renovations, and specialized industrial facilities. My background includes work on major facilities for Johnson & Johnson, AWS, Carvana, and more, where I’ve learned how to keep projects moving, aligned, and well-coordinated in high-pressure environments.I’m especially drawn to the parts of the job where I can bring clarity to complexity—building trackers, streamlining reporting, coordinating trades, and making sure everyone has what they need to do their part. I’ve managed diverse scopes, including MEP systems, not as a technical specialist, but as someone who knows how to run the process: connecting the right people, asking the right questions, and maintaining alignment from design through closeout.Lately, I’ve focused on building systems that support better collaboration—developing closeout workflows, cost tracking tools, and reporting frameworks that improve transparency across teams. It’s reinforced what I value most about this work: creating structure, clarity, and flow. I’m energized by opportunities that blend construction management with process improvement, operations, and strategy.
