ABOUT FLORIAN WEIMANN

My professional journey has been shaped by two things: a deep belief in digital transformation as a force for real-world impact, and a preference for building things from the ground up. Growing up in Saarland, at the intersection of Germany, France, and Luxembourg, in a region historically defined by heavy industry, I saw early on what happens when industries stand still. That shaped a drive in me to push for change, not just talk about it. Before Peak & Peak, I founded my own company and spent time in youth organizations challenging the state of health education in Germany. That time taught me how to connect with people, move fast, and start before conditions are perfect. I joined Peak & Peak in 2018, bringing my clients and early network with me. Over the years, I grew through every role - Engagement Manager, Director, COO, Partner - helping shape what was then still a small business into something bigger. In 2022, we completed a Management Buy-Out, putting the company firmly in the hands of the people building it. Since April 2026, I serve as Co-CEO. My focus is on scaling Peak & Peak into a truly global, AI-empowered boutique — one that helps leading FMCG companies drive commercial excellence end-to-end: from Revenue Growth Management and Trade Promotion to Retail Execution and AI-driven insights. We sit in a deliberate space: more specialized and agile than large global consultancies, more capable and scalable than local players. That\'s the position we\'re building, and defending. What drives me personally: building organizations that can grow without losing their edge, developing people who take real ownership, and finding the right clients who want a genuine partner - not just a vendor.
