As a Senior Product Lead, I spearhead blockchain-based products that deliver value and innovation. I collaborate with internal and external teams, stakeholders, C-level and partners to plan, design and execute the product vision, business strategy and development process in an agile manner. I master the technical and conceptual challenges of introducing and establishing blockchain technology and web3 to the construction industry. With my distinct leadership mindset, I have setup a team of developers, managers, analysts, designers and researchers and led this venture inside NEXPLORE to success.
