I understand the complexities of diverse senior leadership teams, business growth and cultural expectations. Once the strategy is clear, then it\'s all about the people. While there maybe reliable underlying trends and methods, one size does not fit all, so identifying long-term trends, customising strategy, and achieving intelligent local execution, are all key to a successful outcome.Managers and directors have expressed the desire for access to a partner and confidante who is experienced, knowledgeable, networked and strategic, and who has enough cross-corporate experience to provide meaningful, timely guidance in an entirely confidential manner.
