Lead the delivery of complex nuclear remediation projects for Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL), including North America\'s largest radioactive waste cleanup project, with full accountability for program execution, safety, cost, and schedule performance- Responsible for end-to-end program lifecycle, including P&L, commercial strategy, subcontractor management, estimating, and contract negotiation, across a multi-year, multi-phase infrastructure and environmental remediation scope- Direct a multidisciplinary team of ~50 office staff through 8 managers, providing strategic leadership, resource planning, and oversight across multiple concurrent workstreams- Drive structured project controls including change management, earned value metrics (CPI/SPI), and cost forecasting (EAC/ETC) to ensure transparency and alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements- Partner closely with senior client stakeholders to ensure risk mitigation, scope alignment, and execution excellence under a high-compliance, high-visibility regulatory framework- Introduced and rolled out enhanced safety technology on heavy equipment, further strengthening our strong safety culture and demonstrating a proactive commitment to innovation and workforce protection- Currently leading efforts to integrate AI tools (e.g, Microsoft Copilot) into project workflows.
