Steps Ahead Mentoring is a national volunteering programme supporting young people, aged 18-30, to be in a better position to find work through one-to-one mentoring support from CIPD members.\\\\n\\\\nAs a CIPD member and my passion to making a difference in peoples lives. I decided playing my part in building the nation by dedicating my time to supporting young people as they are most at risk of unemployment and face an uncertain future due to the pandemic.\\\\n\\\\nVolunteering means equipping these individuals with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to find work, and thrive in employment.\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n
